F is for First Friday
A night of creative energy for Phoenix's First Friday with Artists Sebastien Millon, Bryan Mok, and TEDx Speaker Safwat Saleem. The art exhibit was accompanied by music from DJ Shane Kennedy, local craft vendors and food from famed then food truck Short Leash Hot Dogs.
Campaign Rename 335
Embracing the power of social media early on, we held a naming contest for what is now known as 335 Commons. The contest aimed to find a name for the building by inviting locals to suggest a name that represented the spirit of the neighborhood. This interactive approach ignited engagement, with participants joining our Facebook page, sharing ideas, and winning prizes. A series of curated pop-up events further solidified connections, aligning neighbors and local businesses with our project.
Pop Up Art Show with Rocco Designs and Alter Ego

The event took place at Harder Development’s retail building on McDowell Rd, 335 Commons, and included live music, food, art, and fashion for one night only. It was a vibrant celebration of local talent and creativity.
