Harder Development proudly presented "Carline Center," our latest project in the F.Q. Story Historic Neighborhood. This endeavor paid homage to the neighborhood's heritage, inspired by vintage streetcars that once crisscrossed downtown Phoenix. Our introduction event showcased the project's name and design inspiration, featuring an artist's rendition of a streetcar on our invitations. City of Phoenix leaders and the AZ Tech Council marked the occasion, acknowledging our modernized space with advanced fiber technology and top-tier security. This gathering celebrated both history and innovation, and strengthened our community bonds.
