901 S Central is an upcoming project in the pre-planning phase with a significant opportunity to fuse our passions for the promotion of heritage through context-sensitive development.

Located on Central Avenue within the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) framework, this property is at the nexus of Phoenix’s past, present and future situated in the Historic Central Park Neighborhood, one of Phoenix’s oldest neighborhoods and along the South Phoenix Light Rail Extension opening in 2024.

Our approach began by speculating with preliminary planning exercises and progressed with engaging the local community to receive and incorporate valuable feedback into our plans, holding space for meaningful collaboration and community-informed development in a neighborhood that’s been and will be paramount to the city’s growth.
