Carline Center
Carline Center, an adaptive reuse office space in F.Q. Story Neighborhood, began as two 1920s homes, later merged in the 1960s. Our work involved untangling retrofits to create three flexible office suites. Named "Carline Center" after historic downtown Phoenix streetcar lines, it combines desert modern design while preserving its historic character.
